Seller Information

How do I add my store to Cartisan?

To add your store to Cartisan, you need to do the following:

  1. Download and install the Cartisan App from the Google Play store or the Apple App store
  2. Create an account by opening the app and clicking on “Don’t have an account? Sign up”
  3. Register with your Business/Store Name, Email, and Password

Once you have your account setup go to the profile by clicking the person/account icon. Click on the Edit Profile button and then click on the My Stripe button to create your Stripe account. You’ll need to create a Stripe account and be approved by Stripe, or connect your Stripe account, to post products to your store.

How do I add a product to my store

Before you can post a product you need to create a Stripe account and be approved by Stripe or connect your Stripe account to post a product.

Once your Stripe account is active, click on the Camera icon at the bottom of the app. Now click on the green Upload Image/Product button to add the product.

Why can’t I post a product?

Check to make sure you have setup your Stripe account and that it is active. Once your Stripe account is active you should be able to post a product.

If your Stripe account is active and you’re unable to post a product, then please email support.

How much does it cost to list a product on Cartisan?

It is free to list a product on Cartisan, though we do charge a fee per transaction when you sell a product. To see our fee schedule go to the Fee Schedule

Is my data secure?

Yes. Cartisan uses the latest security protocols to keep your data secure.

Cartisan also uses Stripe for credit card processing. Stripe is the leading online credit card processor that is used by millions of online stores.

How do I buy a product on Cartisan?

To buy a product on Cartisan, you need to download the app from either the Google Play store or the Apple App store. Once you have downloaded and installed the app you need to create an account by clicking on the “Don’t have an account? Sign up” link.

Once you are registered and logged in you can purchase a product by searching for the product or the store that you wish to purchase a product from.

Is Cartisan available outside of the United States?

Cartisan is currently only available within the United States.

We do have plans to make Cartisan available internationally, but we do not have a date for that at this time.

Does Cartisan store my credit card information?

Cartisan does NOT store your credit card information. We take security seriously and work with Stripe as as a 3rd party credit card processing company. Stripe does store your credit card information for future purposes.To learn more about Stripe’s privacy policies visit their website.

I haven’t received the product(s) that I ordered

Please contact the seller that you purchased the product from if you have not received your product.

If the seller is not responsive, please email Cartisan support with your order number and we will look into the matter.
